Job Description / Responsibilities

•       Work closely with the Senior Principal on diligence and research for existing and new investment opportunities. 
•       Participate in project-related work associated with existing portfolio investments.
•       Engage in active discussions with external bankers, brokers, and other investment partners to assist with sourcing and originating new opportunities. 
•       Maintenance of existing financial models and creation of financial models for prospective investments.
•       Gather and process financial data.
•       High degree of comfort with technology.

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the investment or financial service industry. 
Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with financial resources and databases.
Experience in financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
Understanding that working in a rapidly growing firm requires flexibility and a great sense of entrepreneurship.
