Investment Analyst - Boston, MA (In-Office)
Join a dynamic private equity team focused on software and technology investments. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and portfolio company support within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and outreach
• Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses
• Support due diligence and deal execution processes
• Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives
• Prepare investment materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with senior team members across global offices

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Interest in B2B software and technology sectors
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
