Description
Help Build a Generational CompanyAt Knowlix, we're on a mission to 10x small businesses' productivity. We strive to become the dominant small business platform for human-AI and AI-to-AI collaboration.
We're still early, but we're thinking big. This is your opportunity to help shape a product that serves millions and defines a category.
We move fast, ship often, and obsess over quality. If you burn to build, ship, and scale - and you love using AI to make things radically better - this is your seat at the table.
Why Knowlix, Why Now
- We're a well-funded seed-stage startup, backed by top-tier investors and experienced founders
- Our tech works - and first users are already feeling the first magic
- We're going after a massive market, with a product that changes how people work
- You'll be joining as one of the earliest team members - with real influence and ownership over the trajectory of the company
- We believe speed is a function of focus + iteration
This isn't a job. It's a chance to help build a once-in-a-generation company if we do things right.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Operations Manager, someone who loves turning deas into systems. You'll partner closely with the CEO to:
- Productize our sales and onboarding flows for customers
- Build and automate marketing funnels using low-code/no-code tools
- Prototype, test, and refine AI-first workflows that make Knowlix feel magical
- Spot inefficiencies and fix them with process, automation, or clever hacks
You'll be part operator, part builder, part creative hacker, connecting dots between product, marketing, and operations to move the company forward.
Your goal: make Knowlix feel like it runs on autopilot, for us and for our customers.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- 1-4 years of experience in business operations, product ops, or a similar hands-on role
- Builder mindset: you're comfortable with low-code/no-code tools
- Curiosity for AI: you like prompting, testing, and bending tools to your will
- Business acumen: you understand what drives value
- Learning velocity: you can teach yourself new skills fast
- Analytical sharpness: you see patterns and structure in messy problems
- Bias to action: you'd rather ship and iterate than overanalyze
You'll Thrive Here If You... (Preferred)
- Have worked in a startup or fast-moving environment before
- Are excited by the idea of scaling through automation, not headcount
- Have experience in Growth or Marketing
- Care deeply about creating product experiences that feel magical for their users
What You'll Get
- A path-defining role in a high-upside company backed by world-class investors
- Deep ownership and equity
- A team that cares deeply about what we're building and the people we build it with
- A rare chance to leave your mark on something that has the opportunity to become generational
How to Apply
Send us a short note and your LinkedIn. Tell us why Knowlix, why now and link to something you're proud of.
We can't wait to meet you.
