Role Overview

The Associate will join an investment team specializing in growth-stage companies across a large span of sectors. The role offers exposure to all aspects of the investment life-cycle.

• Support deal sourcing through market research, networking, and outreach
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning
• Lead due diligence efforts across commercial, financial, and operational areas
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to support strategic initiatives and growth
• Monitor performance and assist in value creation planning post-investment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Deep interest in healthcare innovation and services
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Team-oriented with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
