Description
OverviewAt Signs By the Sea, we've spent more than a decade redefining creativity in the golf industry - designing premium awards, and event gifts for some of the most recognized clubs in the game.
We are ready to bring sales in-house and find people who will dedicate all of their time to servicing and growing the brand.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be the face of our brand within your region - building relationships with PGA Professionals and merchandisers. You will manage and service your own territory, grow existing accounts and open new accounts.
You'll work closely with our design, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure every client experience is seamless from concept to delivery.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in business-to-business sales - ideally within golf or premium product categories.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Regularly travel to key accounts and trade events as needed.
- You'll join our small, responsive, passionate team where your ideas matter, your results are recognized, and your territory can grow as big as your ambition.
- Proficient with Google and Office, Slack, and must learn our internal order tracking system (which is Smartsheet based).
- Extremely well-organized and detail oriented.
Essential Responsibilities
- Open, develop and grow accounts within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with PGA Professionals, tournament directors, Section executive directors, merchandisers and decision makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle - outreach, order submission and follow through, order status updates, and follow-up.
- Represent the brand at regional PGA section shows and key industry events.
- Introduce and promote new product lines each season.
- Develop and maintain customer tracking system via Smartsheet, and provide real-time updates and weekly meetings with leadership. Meet sales goals as established each quarter/year.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
