Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is a real estate project and development management company that provides consulting services to businesses in a wide variety of public and private sector industries. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic self-starter to join our Corporate Marketing Team as a Marketing Manager.

THE DETAILS

Representative Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary support for firmwide business development efforts and corporate marketing activities and initiatives of a high-performing marketing team
  • Facilitate efficient and strategic proposal submittals, providing leadership on procedures and requirements, contributing to strategy and assembling or developing content that highlights firm credentials and differentiators
  • Manage key proposal metrics and proposal content
  • Manage key external vendor relationships
  • Develop and manage a wide variety of firm and staff credential materials
  • Manage professional photography procurement working with internal and external teams
  • Support firm visibility through coordinating office networking events and sponsorships
  • Work with HR and other internal teams to promote employer brand
  • Contribute to strategy and planning for delivery of company communications
  • Assist with management of marketing infrastructure and platforms
  • Manage social media presence and engagement
  • Conduct and synthesize industry, sector, and prospective client research
  • Produce and conduct educational content on marketing procedures
  • Research, plan and execute companywide and local office events and social activities

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field
  • Experience with an AEC or related firm preferred 
  • Four to five years of relevant full-time professional services marketing management experience with knowledge of RFQ/RFP process

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills and the ability to coordinate the activities of various team members with competing and often tight deadlines
  • Strong writing skills (clarity, grammar, spelling, conciseness, etc.)
  • Creativity and graphic design and software skills including Adobe CS applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and good eye for visualization and detail
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Event planning and execution
  • Experience with CRM, knowledge management portals, social media, and online collaboration tools
  • Works well under tight deadlines and performs consistently under pressure
  • Flexible and resourceful, with a “can-do” and team-oriented attitude
