The Streaming Team is responsible for the core streaming user experience, including initiatives in driving business growth via our three content verticals: AVOD, FAST, and TVOD. We are looking for a highly technical Sr. Product Manager with demonstrated excellence in product strategy and execution to join our dynamic Streaming Team to lead our business-driving efforts in personalization and ad monetization. This person will report to and partner closely with the Director of Product to create clear product roadmaps of prioritized features and initiatives that work toward the overall product vision, and will be responsible for working cross-functionally to execute against priorities to drive KPI targets. What you’ll do:
Oversee end-to-end product development, including developing business cases, drafting product roadmaps and requirements, running experiments, shipping features, and measuring performance.
Effectively communicate vision, strategy, and statuses of projects to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Partner with the ad operations and monetization team to elevate Plex’s programmatic advertising business, drive innovation, and deliver products that set the standard in the ad tech space.
Partner with Product stakeholders and the Machine Learning team to build out a vision and drive a roadmap of platform capabilities necessary to accelerate ML development for personalized user experiences.
Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and data analysts to ensure maximum efficiency when building and iterating features.
Develop successful relationships with internal teams, including Content Operations, Growth, Marketing, and Business Development, as well as with external partners to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Stay on top of the competitive landscape and maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ evolving needs.
Requirements

You have a minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in consumer facing apps/technology, preferably in the entertainment / media space.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
The best candidates will have previous technical experience working with Ad Tech and/or experience working and innovating on ML platforms.
You have solid experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
You are highly analytical and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
You have experience working in groups, but with the ability to work independently.
You believe in asking for help and helping others when they ask, never throwing a problem over the wall.
You are hungry to have an impact, continuously working to improve our product, process and push the team to be its best.
