This position can be a remote.

Position Description:

  • Identifying opportunities with Regional and Emerging Chains looking for new business areas, sales markets, and products, including new customers and strategic partners.
  • Align growth opportunities with internal business strategies and objectives: profitability, production capabilities, and capacity utilization.
  • Create business plans and strategies, including joint customer strategic business plans.
  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer initiatives are executed and launched on time.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales growth pipeline.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts.
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline required.  Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 7 years within the Foodservice Industry building strong partnerships with Large Chain Operators.
  • Experience partnering with Foodservice Operators collaborating on portfolio growth utilizing cross-functional leadership within Culinary, R&D, and Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Understanding of P&L management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Strong listening and communication skills, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast and agile environment.
  • Ability to lead through influence and indirect authority with cross-functional groups
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
